河南省1997~2002年甲型病毒性肝炎流行特征分析

Analysis on Epidemic Characteristics of Hepatitis A from 1997 to 2002 in Henan Province

  • 摘要: 目的了解河南省1997~2002年甲型病毒性肝炎流行特征,为防制工作提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对河南省1997~2002年甲肝疫情资料进行分析。结果1997~2002年甲型病毒性肝炎年平均发病率9.87/10万,呈逐年下降趋势,地区分布以信阳市为最高(20.01/10万);甲肝发病以夏秋季为发病高峰(38.04%),职业以农民为主,甲肝发病男女性别比为1.76:1;15岁以下发病较多。结论应采取的防治措施为:在适龄儿童和高危人群中接种甲肝疫苗,提高人群免疫力,同时加强健康教育和食品卫生管理。

     

    Abstract: Objective The present investigation was designed to know the epidemic characteristics of hepatitis A from 1997 to 2002 ln Henan province to provide a basis for lts prevention and treatment Methods Descriptive epidemiological study were adopted to analyze the data of epidemic situation from 1997 through 2002 in Henan province Results it was found that the mean annual incidence of hepati tis A during 1997-2002 was 9.87/100,000 with Xingyang city having the highest incidence(20.01/100,000) it decreased year by year it was seen that the epidemic peaked in summer and Autumn (38.04%) with peasants as the main population affected and the ratio of male to female being 1.76:1 Chil dren and adolescence under 15 years of age were more susceptible to the disease Conclusion Measures for the prevention and treatment of the epidetmic involve inoculating children of the right age and high risk population with hepatitis A vaccine to improve their immunity to the epidemic and strengthening health education and food hygiene management
