广州市外来建筑工人流脑病原菌带菌状况调查

Investigation on carrying status of pathogenic bacteria of epidemic meningitis among builders from outside Guangzhou

  • 摘要: 目的了解广州市建筑工地外来民工流脑病原菌带菌状况,为该市流脑的防治工作提供科学依据。方法采集相关人群咽拭子,用双抗巧克力平板分离培养,挑取疑似菌落作纯培养,再进一步作涂片、染色、镜检、生化反应及血清学鉴定。结果调查的545名外来建筑工人脑膜炎奈瑟菌带菌率为10.83%。其中疫点带菌率高达13.54%,血清学鉴定以A群为主(59.57%),B群、C群、1916型、待定型分别占3.17%、0.86%、0.29%、1.15%。非疫点带菌率为6.06%;以B群为主(占91.67%)。调查的216名当地居民带菌率为2.78%,也是以B群为主(占66.67%)。结论广州市外来建筑工人脑膜炎奈瑟菌带菌率较高,今后应将外来流动人口纳入监测的范围。

     

    Abstract: Objective This investigation was designed to understand the carrying status of pathogenic bacteria of epidemic meningitis among builders from outside Guangzhou SO as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of epidemic meningitis in the city.Methods Swabs of relevant population were collected and cultured on chocolate agar plates,of which the suspected colonies were selected for pure culture.And microscopic examination of stained smear of the culture,biochemical reaction and serological identification were performed.Results The Neisseria meningitis carrying rate of 545 outside buUders WaS 10.83%.Among them the carrying rate around the infectious foci was up to 13.54%.The serological identification demonstrated a majority of a colony (59.57%),while B colony,C colony,type 1916 and indeterminate types accounted for 3.17%,0.86%,0.29%,1.15%,respectively.The carrying rate in non-infectious foci was 6.06%,with a predominance of B colony (accounting for 91.67%).The carrying rate among 216 local residents was 2.78%,indicating B colony as a majority (accounting for 66.67%).Conclusion The Neisseria meningitis carrying rate of buflders from outside Guangzhou is high and outside migrant population should be listed within the scope of future monitoring.
