浙江省首起因志贺4C引起的暴发疫情检测结果分析

Analysis of the Detection Results of the Outbreak Epidemic Caused by Shigella Flexneri 4c for the First Time in Zhejiang Province

  • 摘要: 目的了解本次海宁市尖山围垦开发区发牛的一起疫情的暴发流行情况以及引起该疫情的病因。方法采用现场流行病学方法对疫情调查分析,按照GB47891994分离常见病原菌,采用玻片凝集试验进行血清学分型,采用VITEK32全自动生化鉴定仪对分离菌株进行生化鉴定,采用PCR方法检测侵袭性毒力基因,采用改良K-B纸片法检测药物敏感性。结果现场流行病学调查发现本次疫情与新建开发区内自来水以及厕所等基础卫生设施建设滞后有关;经实验室检测从59例患者粪便中分离出9株志贺4C菌株,检出率为15.25%,所有菌株均携带有侵袭性毒力基因且对药物的敏感性及耐药性均相同。结论本次疫情系因志贺4C菌引起的一起痢疾暴发疫情,在浙江省省尚属首次报道。今后在治疗该菌株引起的痢疾病人时,宜用CF、AKN、FPA、CIPX这类药物。

     

    Abstract: Objective This investigation was designed to well understand the outbreak epidemic occurring in Jianshan Weikeng Development Area of Haining Municipality and the cause.Methods Field epidemiological survey was conducted and analysis Was made on the epidemic situation.Common pathogenic bacteria were isolated according to GB4789-1994.Slide agglutination test was used for serological identification,VITEK32 for biochemistry identification,PCR for detecting the virulence genes,and the improved K-B method for drug sensitivity of isolates.Results Field epidemiological survey showed that the outbreak epidemic were associated with poor basic sanitary facilities like tap water system and W.C in the newly established development area.Laboratory study detected 9 strains of Shigella flexneri 4c in feces of 59 patients,the positive detection rate being 15.25%.All the strains bore virulence gene and had similar sensitivity and resistance to drugs.Conclusion The outbreak epidemic is caused by shigella flexneri 4c,which is reported for the first time in our province. Drugs such as CF、AKN、FPA、CIPX ale effective for the treatment dysentery caused by this strain of bacterium.
