山东省2004年肾综合征出血热监测评价

Evaluation of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome Surveillance in 2004 in Shandong Province

  • 摘要: 目的通过分析HFRS监测结果,掌握流行规律,制定防治对策。方法采用直接免疫荧光法(FAT)监测鼠肺HV抗原。采用间接免疫荧光法(IFAT)和酶标捕捉IgM法(MacELISAIgM)检测病人和健康人血清中HV抗体。结果2004年山东省共发生HFRS病人3720例,死亡34例,发病率4.11/10万,死亡率0.04/10万,与2003年同期相比,发病人数上升3.25%,死亡人数上升112.50%。全省有17个市地,138个县(市,区)有HFRS病例报道。室内以褐家鼠和小家鼠为优势鼠种,野外以褐家鼠、黑线姬鼠和大仓鼠为优势鼠种。鼠种带毒率分布:褐家鼠占6.59%,小家鼠占2.46%,黑线姬鼠占4.08%。结论应进一步加大监测力度尤其在高发县实施以预防接种为主的措施以控制疫情。

     

    Abstract: Objective The present study was to analyze the surveillance results of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HERS) to keep abreast of its prevalent characteristics to provide information for the formulation of preventive and therapeutic strategies.Methods Direct immunofluorescent antibody test (FAT) was used to detect HV antigen in mouse lung,and Indirect Immunofluorescent antibody test (IFAT) and capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (MAC-ELIS-IgM) were used for the detection of serum HV antibody in the well and the sick.Results 3720 cases of HFRS,including 34 deaths,were found in 2004 in Shandong province,the morbidity and mortality being 4.1l/lakh and O.04/lakh respectively.The number of cases and deaths increased by 3.25% and 112.50% respectively,when compared with the same peried in 2003.There were 138 counties in 17 prefectures all over the province having HFRS cases.The predominant mice indoors were rattus norvegicus and mns musculus,and the predominant mice outdoors were rattus norvegieus.Apodemus agrarius and cricetulus triton.The virus-bearing rate of different mice was 6.59% in rattus norvegicus.2.46%in mus museulus and 4.08%in apodemus agrarius.Conclusion Surveillance of the epidemic should be reinforced,and especially in counties of high incidence,measures with preventive inoculation as the main should be implemented to control the epidemic.
