脉冲场凝胶电泳技术对一起痢疾暴发的分型研究

Classification Study on a Diarrhea Outbreak through Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE) Technology

  • 摘要: 目的运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术对痢疾暴发进行分析。方法对辽宁省某市暴发痢疾进行血清学鉴定后,进行PFGE分析,观察引起暴发的菌型是否为同一个分子分型。结果7株暴发菌株的PFGE型别相同。结论此次痢疾的暴发流行为同一菌株引起,PFGE可以作为暴发流行中对细菌进行鉴定的分析技术。

     

    Abstract: Objective The study was conducted to analyze the diarrhea outbreak through pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PEGE) technology.Methods The PFGE analysis was conducted after serological identification for the fulminant diarrhea occurred in a city of Liaoning Province,and whether the bacteria causing the outbreak were of the same sub—type of molecule was observed.Results There are seven fulminant strains of the same type of PFGE.Conclusion This diarrhea outbreak resulted in the same type of strains,and PFGE may be used as an analysis technology for identifying bacteria in fulminant epidemic.
