摘要: 目的了解社区暗娼艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒螺旋体(TP)、乙肝病毒(HBV)、丙肝病毒(HCV)的感染情况和与AIDS相关的高危行为特征,为在社区开展FSW行为干预工作提供经验。方法方便样本法。固定场所依靠老板确认并动员调查时在场的FSW接受调查采样;非固定场所依靠关键人物引荐的方式取得FSW的配合并接受调查采样;用面对面填写问卷的方式收集人口学和行为学资料。结果采样并调查FSW259人,平均年龄23.5岁,近7d平均接客1.9人,每次性行为安全套使用率33.98%,2.32%的FSW静脉注射吸毒,HIV、TP、HBV、HCV的感染率分别为3.09%、5.79%、11.20%和1.93%。结论FSW吸毒和性行为交叉,艾滋病流行形势严峻,综合防治工作应加强。Abstract: Objective The present study was designed to understand the infection situation of HIV．TP. HBV and HCV in communities，as well as characteristics of high-risk behavior relevant to AIDS．SO as to provide knowledge for carrying out interference with FSW behavior in communities．Methods The approach of convenient samples was used．For immobile places，the attendant FSW were decided through the bosses and the FSW were persuaded to receive the sampling for survey；for mobile places，FSW were found through keyman's recommendation，and the FSW were made to cooperate and receive the sampling for survey．The demographic and behavioral data were collected by filling in the questionnaire through face-to-face interview．Results There were 259 FSW sampled and surveyed，and the age averaged 23.5．The average number of persons mated with them was 1.9. And the use rate of rubber for each sexual behavior was 33.98％．There are 2.32％ of the FSW abusing drugs through intravenous injection．The infection rates of Hiv。TP，HBV and HCV are 3.09％，5.79％，11.20％and 1.93％．Conclusion Cross infection through drug abuse and sexual behavior exists in FSW．The epidemic situation for AIDS iS serious．And the work for comprehensive control and treatment of AIDS should be reinforced
