龙岩市6类食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌的污染监测

Surveillance of contamination of 6 categories of food by listeria monocytogenes in Longyan City

  • 摘要: 目的了解龙岩市部分市售食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌的污染状况、程度和耐药情况。方法监测市售的生肉、熟肉制品、生牛乳、冰激凌、水产品及生食蔬菜等6类食品。结果从6类410份食品中,共检出14株L.M菌,阳性率3.4%;其中生肉和水产品污染率较高,分别为6.5%和3.3%,个别生肉MPN值达270cfu/100g;14株单核细胞增生李斯特菌对1种抗生素的耐药性为57.1%,对2种抗生素的耐药性为35.7%,对3种抗生素的耐药性为21.4%。结论应加强监测预报,提请有关部门实现从畜牧业到餐桌的综合治理,以防食源性疾病的发生,同时做好抗生素的管理和耐药性监测。

     

    Abstract: Objective Thls surveillance was conducted to nnderstand the contaminadon status of some commercial foods by listeria monocytogenes and their resistance t0 drugs Methods Surveillance was done on six categorics of commercial foods such as raw meat.cOOked meat products,raW milk, ice cream,aquatic products and vegetables that can be eaten raw.Results Fourteen strains of listeria monocytogenes wvere isolated from 410 food samples of the 6 categories with a positive rate of 3.4% And a higher rate of contalnination of the bacteria was found in raw meat and aquatic products.Being 6.5%and 3.3%respectively.It was found that the MPN value reached 270 cfu/100g in one or two raw meat samples Drug sensitivity showed that 57.%ol the 14 strains of listerla monocytogenes wele resistant to one antibiotic.35.7%to two antibiotics and 21. 4%to three antibiotics Conclusion Surveillance and forecast should be reinforced And it is suggested that comprehensive management from stoekbreeding to dinning table be taken by the sectors concerned t0 prevent food borme diseases occurring And the management of antibiotk use and surveillance of drug resistance are to be well done.
