Abstract: Objective this study was dasired to propose a concept of the Disease Control GIS Platform and make a model based on the concept；then make efforts to explore and research the further application Method Developing with Maplnfo MapXtreme for Java and tools as Jbuilder．Result This stludy has developed five main function's models which have covered the map analysis functions commonly used for epidemic diseases．Conclusion The prototype is stable after being tested and debugged for half-a—year.
