  • 摘要: 目的分析2005年淮安市麻疹监测系统运转情况并探讨控制策略。方法对2005年麻疹监测系统数据进行统计分析,用血凝抑制(HI)试验测定健康人群麻疹抗体水平。结果2005年淮安市麻疹监测系统共报告确诊麻疹222例,其中临床确诊47例,实验室确诊175例,发病率为4.34/10万。病例集中在4~6月份,发病年龄最小2个月,最大52岁,无免疫史者占60.81%。出现2起暴发疫情,涉及病例占总数的7.21%。共检测326名健康人血清HI抗体,阳性率为99.69%,GMT为1∶27.28。结论提高常规免疫接种率、适时开展强化免疫是控制麻疹疫情的主导措施,麻疹监测系统的运作有待进一步完善。

     

    Abstract: Objective This present study was designed to analyze the data of the Measles Surveillance System in 2005 in Huai'an and discuss control strategies.Methods The data of the Measles Surveillance System in 2005 were statistically analyzed,and hemagglutination inhibition assay (HI) was adopted to determine measles antibody levels in healthy people.Results A total of 222 measles confirmed cases were reported from the Measles Surveillance System in 2005 in Huai'an,of which 47 were clinical confirmed eases and 175 were laboratory confirmed;the inci-dence rate was 4.34/lakh,with central tendency between April and June.The youngest onset age was only two months old while the oldest was 52 years old.60.81 % of all were non-vaccina-tion.There were two outbreaks accounting for 7.21% of all reported cases.A total of 326 healthy people received HI antibody assay and the positive rate was 99.69%,and GMT,1:27.28.Conclu-sion Improving routine immunization rates and carrying out immunization campaigns are the dominant control measures of the measles epidemic,and the operation of measles surveillance sys-tem needs to be further improved.
