盐酸戊乙奎醚救治急性有机磷农药中毒

Management of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with penehyclidine hydrochloride

  • 摘要: 目的探讨长托宁(盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液)在救治有机磷农药中毒中的作用和优点。方法随机将56例口服有机磷农药中毒患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予阿托品和氯磷定治疗;治疗组给予长托宁和氯磷定治疗。结果与对照组相比,长托宁组阿托品化时间、胆碱酯酶恢复时间、总治愈率、平均住院天数,均优于阿托品组。两组比较有显著差异。且长托宁组不良反应发生率低,症状少,发生后易恢复或纠正。结论长托宁治疗有机磷农药中毒明显优于阿托品,值得临床推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Objective The present study was conducted to explore the function and advantages of Changtuoning (Penehyclidine Hydrochloride Injection) in treating acute organophosphorus pesti-cide poisoning.Methods 56 cases with oral organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into the control group and the therapeutic group.Patients in the control group were treated with Atropine and Pralidoxime Chloride,and in the therapeutic group were treated with Penehycli-dine Hydrochloride and Pralidoxime Chloride.Results Compared to the control group,atropiniza-tion time,acetylcholine esterase recovery time,total cure rate and average days in hospital were better in the Penehyclidine Hydrochloride group than the Atropine group.There were significant differences between the two groups and the incidenee of side reactions in Penehyclidine Hy-drochloride group was lower with fewer symptoms.Even though side effects occurred,they were easier to recover or be corrected.Conclusion The efficacy of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride in treating organophosphorus pesticide poisoning was significantly better than that of Atropine.So Penehyclidine Hydrochloride is worth generalizing and applying clinically.
