2004-2005年十堰市冬春季流感监测实验室结果分析

Analysis of lab monitoring results of flu occurring in winter and spring from 2004 to 2005 in Shiyan City

  • 摘要: 目的分析2004~2005年十堰市冬春季流感监测实验室结果,探索十堰市流感活动规律,制定有效的防制方案。方法收集2004年8 ̄9月份十堰市健康人群血清,检测流感抗体水平;每周至监测点医院采集流感样患者鼻咽拭子标本5 ̄10份,以MDCK细胞进行流感病毒分离。结果健康人群流感病毒抗体水平,A3(H3N2)型阳性率最高,达92.00%(GMT为76.74),A1(H1N1)型较低,为35.00%(GMT为11.10),B型最低,仅18.00%(GMT为6.64);病原学监测:冬春季以B型为优势流行株,也分离到3株A3(H3N2)亚型毒株。结论十堰市人群中A3型流感抗体水平较高,但B型和A1型流感抗体水平很低,特别是人群中B型流感病毒分离率较高,应加强防范。

     

    Abstract: Objective This study was conducted to analyze the lab monitoring results of flu oc-cutting in winter and spring from 2004 to 2005 in Shiyan City and probe into the epideminlogical features of flu in the city of Shiyan for the formulation of effective regimen for its prevention and control.Methods Serum samples were collected from healthy population in Shiyan City from Aug.To Sept of 2004 and flu antibody was detected.5-10 nasopharyngeal swab samples were collected every week from flu-like patients in hospitals as surveillance sites for isolation of flu viruses with MDCK cells.Results It was found that type A3(H3N2)had the highest positive rate (92.00%)(GMT 76.74),with type A1 (H1N1)having a positive rate of 35.00%(GMT 11.10)and type B of 18.00%(GMT 6.64),being the lowest,as far as flu antibody levels in healthy popula-tion were concerned.Pathogenic surveillance showed that type B was predominant in winter and spring with 3 vilulent strains of A3(H3N2)subtype also isolated Conclusion It is scen that type A3 flu antibody level is high in population in Shiyan city,type B and A1 flu antibody level quite low The isolation rate of type B flu virus is high in the population and particular attention is to be paid to its prevention.
