太原铁路职业人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎A群、C群奈瑟菌IgG抗体水平分析

Statistical analysis and classification of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis group A and C Neisseria meningitides IgG levels in the railway occupational population in Taiyuan

  • 摘要: 目的了解太原铁路职业人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎的免疫现状。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),对太原铁路部分健康职业人群进行了A群脑膜炎奈瑟菌IgG抗体、C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌IgG抗体检测。结果本次健康人群流脑抗体水平监测共检测253人,其中A群脑膜炎奈瑟菌IgG抗体阳性者162人,阳性率64.03%,GMT为1∶1.58;C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌IgG抗体阳性者122人,阳性率48.22%,GMT为1∶1.42,阳性率之间的差异有统计学意义(!2=9.6266,Ρ0.05),流脑C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌IgG抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(!2=8.0911,Ρ0.05),GMT之间的差异也无统计学意义(t=1.7266,Ρ>0.05);流脑C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌IgG抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(!2=24.4448,ΡX2=4.7672,P>0.05）。结论 太原铁路地区属于流脑散发地区，健康人群保持着一定流脑抗体免疫水平，但是太原铁路地区的流脑免疫屏障已经基本不存在，需要继续加强流脑的人群免疫工作。

     

    Abstract: Objective This study was conducted t0 better understand the status quo of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis immunization in the rmlway occupational population in Taiyuan．Methods The enzyme—linked mamunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect group A and C Neissefia meningifides antibodies in some of the healthy railway occupational population in Tmyuan Results In this study，253 heNthy subjects were tested for Neissefia meningitides antibody and 162 of them had positive group A Neisseria meningitides IgG antibody(64 03％)with a GMT of l：l 58 And 122 of them were found to be group C Neisseria meningitides lgG anfibody positive(48．22％、．With a GMT of 1：1．42．There was a significant difference in the pofitive Fate Cr毛9 6266，PO 05)，but the positive rate of group A Neisseria meningitides G antibody was significantly different among the population in different age groups印=8．0911，P005)with no significant difference in GMT between the sexes(t=1．7266．P>0．05)It
