网络直报系统在早期发现传染病暴发中的应用

摘要: 目的探讨疾控机构利用网络直报系统早期发现传染病暴发的意义与实现方法方法文献综述、抽样调查和国家突发公共卫生事件网络直报系统的数据分析。结果直报系统是目前疾控机构早期发现传染病暴发的最佳途径,但是2005年全国1365起传染病突发疫情中却仅有5.4%(74起)是利用直报系统发现的,部分省市的随机抽样调查的结果也表明:大多数的疾控机构还并未意识到这一问题,也未系统地开展过此项工作。结论通过对网络直报系统数据的有效利用可以早期发现传染病暴发,实现建立疾病监测信息系统的目的。Abstract: Objective The present study is to discuss the meaning and usefulness of NDSRS in early detection of infectious disease outbteaks．Methods Literature review，random sampling in．Vestigation and data analysis of Emergence Public Health Incidefft Reporting System．Results ND-SRS iS the best Way for CDC to detect infectious disease outbreaks earlier currently．But only 5.4％(74 cases)of the whole 1365 infecfious disease cases in 2005 iS detected earlier through NDSRS，and the result of one investigation by random sampling also indicates most of CDCs are not aware of this problem and have not developed this work systemically．Conclusion Early de-tection of infectious disease Outbrcaks is one of major goals of establishment of the public health surveillance system，and we can attain this goal by effectively utilizing NDSRS．
