深圳市传染病暴发疫情监测系统的建立与运行结果分析

Establishment and evaluation of the surveillance system of communicable disease outbreaks in the City of Shenzhen

  • 摘要: 目的对2005年深圳市暴发疫情监测系统的运行结果进行流行病学分析,探讨利用计算机信息系统开展传染病聚集性和暴发疫情监测的模式与意义。方法对法定传染病疫情报告开展主动监测并对医疗机构和区级疾控机构报告的暴发疫情案例进行汇总,对2005年深圳市暴发疫情监测系统监测数据进行统计分析。结果2005年深圳市暴发疫情以流感、水痘、流行性腮腺炎为主;中小学和幼儿园等集体单位的暴发疫情需要引起高度重视;春季和冬季是传染病暴发疫情发生概率最高的两个季节,这与法定传染病散发疫情发病的时间分布不尽相同。结论依托计算机信息技术并充分利用国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统开展暴发疫情监测是传染病防制工作可行的方向,根据传染病聚集性监测结果实施高效及时的疫情控制和健康教育是传染病暴发监测的基本目标所在。

     

    Abstract: Objective The present study was conducted to make epidemiological analysis on the operation results of communicable disease Outbreak surveillance system in the City of Shenzhen in 2005 and probe into the modes and significances of implementing communicable disease cluster and epidemic Outbreak surveillance with the aid of computer information system.Methods Active surveillance was conducted on the epidemic situation repots of notifiable communicable disease with collection of epidemic outbreak cases reported by medical institutions and institutions for dis-ease control at the district level.And statistical analysis was conducted on the surveillance data from epidemic outbreak surveillance system in the City of Shenzhen in 2005.Results In 2005,epidemic outbreak in Shenzhen mainly composed of Influenza,Varicella and epidemic Parotitis.High attention should be paid on the epidemic outbreak in collective institutions such as kinder- gartens,primary and middle schools etc.Spring and winter were two seasons with highest pmba-bility of the incidence of communicable disease outbreak, which wasn't completely identical with time distribution of the incidence of notifiable communicable epidemic Outbreak.Conclusion It'S a feasible way in prevention and control of communicable disease to conduct epidemic outbreak surveillance with the aid of computer information technology and adequate use of National Infor-mation System for Disease Control and Prevention.The essential goal of communicable disease outbreak surveillance is to implement high-efficiency and timely control of epidemic situation and health education according to the surveillance results of cluster features of communicable disease.
