舟山市定海区传染病网络直报动态监测分析

Dynamic surveillance and study of direct network report of infectious diseases at Dinghai District, Zhoushan City

  • 摘要: 目的探索医疗卫生机构在网络直报过程中存在的问题和规律,以便完善传染病疫情的预测、预警。方法将传染病的网络直报数整理复核后,以周一至周日为统计口径进行分析。结果2004和2005年的日报告情况差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。总体报告趋势分为4个梯次:周一最高,周二、三、四、五其次,周六第三,周日最低。结论舟山市定海区的网络直报工作已基本成熟,周一至周六能很好地完成传染病动态监测,周日需进一步加强。

     

    Abstract: Objective The present study was conducted to get insight into the existing problems and characteristics of direct network report by medical and sanitary institutions for consummating the prediction of infectious disease. Methods Recheck the direct network report data of contagious diseases and analyze via the statistical caliber from Monday to Sunday. Results There was no statistical significance between the daily reports of year 2004 and 2005. (P0.05) Overall trend of the reports was distinguished upon four levels: Monday the highest, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the second, Saturday the third, and Sunday the lowest. Conclusion In general, the direct network report system at Dinghai District is mature. Reports from Monday to Saturday are well done, though those of Sunday should be further enhanced.
