广东省12例不明原因肺炎病例流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis on 12 cases of pneumonia with unknown etiology in Guangdong Province

  • 摘要: 目的 通过对12例不明原因肺炎病例流行病学分析,为进一步提高监测质量积累有益经验.方法 按照《全国不明原因肺炎病例监测方案(试行)》开展监测工作,发现的每例不明原因肺炎病例均进行个案调查.结果 从2005年10月到2006年9月,广东省共网络直报12例不明原因肺炎病例,其中包括2例人禽流感(H5N1)病例,未发现严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)病例和其他重大呼吸道传染病病例.结论 不明原因肺炎监测是筛查和发现重大呼吸道疾病的重要途径,深入开展不明原因肺炎的监测工作对预防和控制重大呼吸道传染病具有积极的意义.

     

    Abstract: Objective This study was conducted to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pneumonia with unknown etiology so as to know better about the disease for the improvement of the quality of its surveillance.Methods Surveillance was performed following theNational Surveillance Program of UEP Cases(trial),with case study done for each case found.Results A total of 12 cases of unknown etiology of pneumonia were reported in Guangdong province from Oct.2005 to Sep.2006 through direct network system,including 2 cases of infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza (H5N1),with no cases of severe acute respiratory syndrome,(SARS)and other grave respiratory tract diseases found.Conclusion UEP surveillance is an important approach to screening and finding grave respiratory tract diseases.Therefore,it is of great positive significance for the prevention and control of grave respiratory diseases to strengthen UEP surveillance.
