杭州市血吸虫病传播阻断后疫情监测结果分析

Analysis of surveillance results of transmission-blocked schistosomiasis in Hangzhou

  • 摘要: 目的 掌握杭州市达到血吸虫病阻断标准后疫情状况,为制定今后的防治策略提供依据.方法 按照浙江省达到消灭血吸虫病标准后监测巩固技术方案,开展血吸虫病病情和螺情监测.结果 病情监测未发现本地新感染的病人、病畜,共发现输入性病例12例;螺情监测累计查螺面积117 853 218 m2,解剖钉螺15 436只,灭螺面积152 110 m2,未查到阳性钉螺.结论 杭州市血吸虫病疫情稳定,无内源性病例,但输入性病例时有发生,部分县区存在钉螺,存在疫情回升的隐患.应加强对未经环境改造的历史螺区及其延伸环境查灭螺和对来自疫区流动人员的监测工作.

     

    Abstract: Objective The study was conducted to investigate the epidemic situation in Hangzhou ensued from the blocking of transmission of schistosomiasis, providing evidence for the development of control strategies in future. Methods Surveillance of schistosomiasis and conches was conducted in accordance with the Consolidation Surveillance Programs after the Eradication of Schistosomiasis in Zhejiang Province. Results Lately infected local residents or livestock were not found in the surveillance. However, a total of 12 imported cases were found. An area of 117 853 218 m2 of water snails were accumulatively examined, with 15 436 snails being dissected and 152 100 m2 of snails exterminated. Positive snail carriers were not detected. Conclusion The schistosomiasis epidemic in Hangzhou is in stability without local cases. However, importation of involved cases is occasionally detected. Water snails still living in parts of counties constitute a threat of epidemic rebounds. Therefore, historical water-snail dwelling areas that are not environmentally reformed and the peripheral should be frequently examined for snails with extermination delivered. Flow of population from epidemic areas should be monitored.
