奉化市健康儿童麻疹减毒活疫苗免疫成功率监测结果分析

Analysis of the surveillance results of the success rate of live measles vaccine for normal children in Fenghua City

  • 摘要: 目的 评价奉化市健康儿童麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)免疫效果,为免疫管理提供科学依据.方法 分别取8月龄儿童在接种MV前后血清标本,分别取1.5~2周岁儿童在复种MV前后血清标本各78与31份,用酶联吸附法检测麻疹IgG抗体,抗体浓度(GMC)200 IU/ml判断为阳性.结果 初免前阳性率为2.94%(1/34),GMC为54 IU/ml,免后阳性率为100.00%(34/34),GMC为1352 IU/ml,为接种前的25倍;复种前阳性率为100.00%(78/78),其中低、中、高水平抗体阳性率分别占11.54%、78.21%和10.25%,GMC为1578 IU/ml,复种后阳性率为100.00%(31/31),中、高水平抗体阳性率达100.00%,GMC为2333 IU/ml,为复种前的1.48倍.结论 在保持高MV接种率的前提下,免疫成功率的高低是控制麻疹发生的关键;初免后儿童应于1.5~2周岁进行复种,可进一步提高儿童的麻疹抗体.

     

    Abstract: Objective The study was conducted to evaluate the immune effect of live measlesvaccines (MV) for healthy children in Fenghua City, providing scientific evidence for immune management. Methods The serum samples of 8- month-old children before and after MV inoculation and 78 and 31 samples of 1.5- and 2-year- old children before and after the re- inoculation were respectively collected for the detection of measles IgG antibodies with ELISA. Antibody titers (GMC) 200 was judged as positive. Results The positive rate before the initial inoculation was 2.94%(1/34),GMC being 54 IU/ml. The post- immunization positive rate was 100.00%, GMC being 1352 IU/ml, 25times as was before the inoculation. The positive rate before re- inoculation was 100.00%(78/78), in which the low, medium and high level antibody positive rate accounted for 11.54%, 78.21% and10.25%, GMC being 1578 IU/ml. The positive rate after re- inoculation was 100.00%(31/31), while themedium and high level antibody positive rate both reached 100.00%, GMC being 2333 IU/ml, 1.48times as was before the re- inoculation. Conclusion Given the premise of high MV vaccination rate,the level of immune success rate is the key to the prevention of measles. Inoculated children should receive re- inoculation at the age of 1.5 to 2 in order to further elevate their measles antibodies.
