利用网络监测预警控制传染病爆发疫情

Control of outbreaks of infectious diseases through network monitoring and early warning

  • 摘要: 目的探讨如何利用网络信息资源,通过监测预警作好传染病的控制工作。方法利用国家疾病监测信息管理系统导出卡片,筛查得出聚集性病例,利用SPSS11.5软件统计分析对降低爆发疫情的作用。结果2006年1~9月共监测到聚集性病例77起,通过现场处置,65起疫情被控制无新增发病;8起现场调查发现未报告或未就诊病例,病例数达爆发疫情标准,按爆发疫情处置;4起因现场措施落实欠妥等原因导致疫情蔓延发展至爆发疫情。该期共报告爆发疫情40起1145例,爆发疫情病例数占同期总发病数(11552例)的9.91%;2005年同期共报告爆发疫情83起1831例,占该期发病总数(11125例)的16.46%,2006年较2005年相比下降41.87%(x2=213.044,P0.01)。结论网络监测预警可早期发现传染病爆发流行的趋势,采取有效的现场处置措施,能减少爆发疫情的数量,对传染病控制具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Objective This study was designed to find out how to make good use of network information resources and to control infectious disease outbreaks with monitoring and early warning. Methods Using National Electronic Disease Surveillance System to output cards and screen for clustered cases, and statistically analyze its effect on reducing disease outbreaks with SPSS 11.5 software. Results Monitoring from January to September 2006, there were 77 reports of clustered cases in all, and with site management,65 reports were controlled without any new incidence. There were 8 reports which did report or seek medical care after site investigation, and the incidences increased to outbreaks, and they were treated as outbreaks. There were 4 reports which were not properly controlled with site managements and developed into outbreaks. In all, there were 4o reports of outbreaks, with 1145 cases, and the outbreak cases is 9.91% of all the cases during this period of time (11 552 cases).In 2005, there were there were 83 reports of outbreaks, with 1831 cases, and the outbreak cases is 16.46% of all the cases during that period of time (11 125 cases).Compared with 2005, the outbreak rate in 2006 dropped 41.87%(x2=213.044.P0.01). Conclusion Network monitoring and early warning of outbreaks of infectious diseases can foresee the trends of the diseases, and with effective site measures, the outbreaks can be reduced, which is of significant importance to the control of infectious diseases.
