斑点金免疫渗滤法在布鲁氏菌病监测地区的现场应用

Field application of dot immunogold filtration assay in brucellosis surveillance area

  • 摘要: 目的 验证斑点金免疫渗滤法(DIGFA)在布鲁氏菌病监测地区的现场应用效果.方法 选择布鲁氏菌病监测地区重点人群和不同职业人群,采用DIGFA和试管凝集试验(SAT)检测布鲁氏菌病抗体.结果 重点人群两种方法检测抗体阳性符合率为96.66%,阴性符合率为99.92%;不同职业人群两种方法检测阳性符合率为96.36%,阴性符合率为99.92%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 DIGFA与SAT同样具有敏感性强,特异性高等优点;此外,DIGFA还具有操作简便.快速,微量等优点,适合于布鲁氏菌病监测地区的现场应用.

     

    Abstract: Objective This study was disigned to evaluate the field application effect of dot immunogold filtration assay (DIGFA) in brucellosis surveillance area. Methods The brucellosis antibody was detected by both DIGFA and serum agglutination test (SAT) among specific crowds and those of different occupation in the surveillance area. Results The positive antibody coincidence was 96.66%, negative coincidence 99.92% on detecting sera of specific persons by both the two methods, while the positive antibody coincidence was 96.36% and negative coincidence 99.92% among crowds of different occupation by both methods. There is no significant between DIGFA and SAT(P0.05)on detecting sera of specific crowds and those of different occupation. Conclusion DIGFA and SAT are both sensitive and specific. Additionally, DIGFA is rapid, simple to operate, and capable of trace detection, and thus the proper approach to be applied in brucellosis surveillance area.
