Statistical analysis of causes of death of residents in Luwan District, Shanghai in 2005

  • 摘要: 目的 分析了解上海市卢湾区居民的健康状况和主要疾病死亡原因,为政府部门制定卫生规划和疾病预防控制策略提供科学的依据.方法 统计分析了2005年上海市卢湾区居民死亡及人口监测资料.按国际疾病分类法ICD-10标准进行分类.用2000年全国人口构成进行标化率计算,进一步计算各种死亡疾病的减寿率.结果 2005年卢湾区居民前5位死因为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤中毒及内分泌营养及代谢性疾病,死亡率分别为334.95/10万、254.10/10万、105.20/10万、45.58/10万及43.39/10万.减寿分析表明,恶性肿瘤、损伤中毒及循环系统疾病是影响卢湾区居民人群寿命上升的3大主要疾病.结论 慢性非传染性疾病及损伤中毒已经成为严重影响卢湾区居民健康的主要疾病,应进一步加强对这方面的预防控制工作.

     

    Abstract: Objective The study was conducted to analyze the health status and deaths caused by major diseases of residents in Luwan District, Shanghai, providing scientific basis for the government departments to formulate health planning and disease prevention and control strategy. Methods Data of deaths and demography surveillance in Luwan District, Shanghai in 2005 were statistically analyzed and categorized according to the International Classification of Diseases ICD-10 criteria. The constitution of national population in 2000 was used for calculating the standardized rate. The rates of YPLL of various diseases were further calculated. Results The top five causes of death of residents in Luwan District in 2005 were circulatory system diseases, tumors, respiratory diseases, injury and poisoning, and nutrition and endocrine metabolic diseases, with the mortality of 334.95/lakh, 254.10/lakh, 105.20/lakh, 45.58/lakh, and 43.39/lakh, respectively. YPLL analysis showed that malignancies, injury and poisoning, and circulatory diseases were the major factors affecting the increase of life expectancy of residents in Luwan District. Conclusion Chronic non-communicable diseases and injury and poisoning have become seriously affecting factors to the health of residents in Luwan District. The health branches should make greater efforts to further strengthen the focus on the prevention and control work of these regards in future.
