杭州市区居民冬季流感样及急性上呼吸道疾病发病情况电话调查

A telephone survey on influenza-like attacks and acute upper respiratory tract infections in winter among the urban residents in Hangzhou city

  • 摘要: 目的 了解杭州市区居民冬季流感样及急性上呼吸道疾病的发病与就诊等情况.方法 在杭州市区拥有家庭电话的家庭中随机抽取300户家庭,对其各个家庭成员近一个月来感冒发病情况进行电话调查.结果 流感佯病例发病率为0.60%,急性上呼吸道病例的发病率为12.39%.10岁以下年龄组流感或急性上呼吸道疾病的发病率最高,发病后大多选择自己服药,去医院就诊选择最多的为社区/乡镇级医院,感冒期间几乎无人戴口罩,2006年流感疫苗的接种率为9.42%,而60岁~年龄组和慢性病患者接种率分别仅为1.92%、3.03%.结论 该调查阶段杭州市区流感疫情尚未见明显上升.

     

    Abstract: Objective This study was conducted to know the incidence of influenza-like attacks and acute upper respiratory tract infections in winter and the consequent hospital visits among the urban residents in Hangzhou city. Methods A total 300 urban households with fixed telephones were randomly sampled. Flu attacks in the family within the latest month were reported during the calls. Results The incidence rate of influenza-like attacks and acute upper respiratory tract infections was 0.60% and 12.39%, respectively. The subgroup below age of 10 took largest part of the hits. Most people would like to take OTC for relieve until hospital visits were unavoidable. Community/County hospitals were most frequently chosen, and masks were seldom used during the flu period. The influenza vaccination coverage was 9.42% last year. Only 1.92% and 3.03% was covered of the people older than 60 and those with chronic diseases, respectively. Conclusion In Hangzhou, no escalation of influenza was seen during this survey.
