脉冲场凝胶电泳技术对海南省两起奇异变形杆菌引起的食物中毒分析

Analysis of  Proteus mirabilis  isolates from two cases of food poisoning using pulsed field gel electrophoresis

  • 摘要: 目的 对2007年7月19和22日发生的两起食物中毒事件中分离到的奇异变形杆菌进行分析,判断暴发原因。方法 对患者和食物样品进行常规分离培养鉴定,分离到的菌株进行PFGE分型比较。结果 自海南定安县食物中毒中采集的患者和食物51份标本分离出14株奇异变形杆菌,澄迈县食物中毒调查中采集的5份患者标本分离出3株奇异变形杆菌。这些菌株经PFGE聚类分析得到8种带型,相似性百分比在28.1%~100.0%之间。定安县分离的14株菌株中有9株菌带型一致,澄迈县暴发分离株中有2株菌带型一致。结论 这两起食物中毒中分别分离的具有相同带型特征的奇异变形杆菌应是引起暴发的原因。

     

    Abstract: Objective The study was conducted to identify the cause of food poisoning on July 19 and 22, 2007, by analyzing the Proteus mirabilis isolates. Methods Samples from patients and food were collected for conventional isolation and culture. The isolates were typed using PFGE. Results A total of 14 isolates of Proteus mirabilis were found from 51 samples collected from food poisoning cases in Dingan county, Hainan province, and 3 isolates from 5 samples in Chengmai county. As a result, 8 subtypes were detected through PFGE cluster analysis, with the similarity of 28.1%-100.0%. Nine out of 14 isolates from Dingan county presented with the same subtypes, and 2 isolates from Chengmai county were of the same subtypes. Conclusion The cause of food poisoning was identified as the particular subtype of Proteus mirabilis isolates.
