一起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒调查

Investigation of food poisoning caused by  Vibrio parahaemolyticus

  • 摘要: 目的 查明本起食物中毒的病因,为今后预防和控制类似事件提供借鉴。方法 根据流行病学调查、临床表现、实验室检验和食物中毒诊断标准进行分析。结果 在10例患者、3名厨工肛拭样品、菜墩涂抹样品及8份剩余食物样品中检出生物学性状一致的副溶血性弧菌。结论 这是一起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒。

     

    Abstract: Objective The study was conducted to identify the cause of the food poisoning and provide evidence for prevention and control of similar incidents in the future. Methods The analysis of food poisoning was conducted on the basis of the epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestations, laboratory testing results and diagnostic criteria. Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in the anal swab samples of 10 patients and 3 chefs, food smear samples and 8 remaining food samples with consistent biological characteristics. Conclusion The food poisoning was caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus
