北京市昌平区布利丹沙门菌引起的食源性疾病1例调查报告

Detection of <I>Salmonella blegdam</I> in Changping District, Beijing

  • 摘要: 对一起疑似食物中毒患者和食品从业人员采样进行病原学检测和分析,参考食品微生物检测国家标准进行病原分离鉴定。 在1 份患者肛拭标本中分离到疑似菌落,通过系统生化反应及血清学试验,确认该菌为布利丹沙门菌。其血清型为O9,12:H:g,m,q。这是北京市昌平区首次在食源性疾病患者样本中检出该菌,该菌的检出为北京市昌平地区食源性疾病细菌谱增加了新的成员。

     

    Abstract: Etiological detection and analysis was conducted on the samples collected from the patients and food makers during a suspected food poisoning events according to the national standard of food microbiological detection, and 1 strain of suspected pathogen was isolated from the anal swab of 1 patient and identified as ISalmonella blegdam/I by systematic biochemical reaction and serum test (serotype: O9,12:H:g,m,q).This is the first time to detect IS.blegdam/I from the patient of food borne disease in Changping, Beijing.
