  • 摘要: 枸橼酸杆菌(Citrobacter)是一种条件致病菌,近年来在临床上造成的感染越来越多,随之而来的是枸橼酸杆菌对常用抗生素(如-内酰胺类、氨基糖甙类和喹诺酮类等药物)的耐药性日益突出.枸橼酸杆菌对-内酰胺类抗生素的耐药机制主要是产生特异性的-内酰胺酶,而且不同种枸橼酸杆菌对抗生素的敏感性不同.因此,了解枸橼酸杆菌的耐药机制及进展,对预防和治疗由该属细菌引起的感染以及控制耐药性的蔓延有重要意义.

     

    Abstract: Citrobacter is a conditional pathogen that causes increasing clinical infection cases in recent years. As a result, resistance to commonly used antibiotics (such as -lactam, aminoglycosides and quinolones) in Citrobacter is becoming increasingly prominent. This resistance to -lactam antibiotics is mainly due to the specific -lactamases produced by Citrobacter. Different species of Citrobacter have different sensitivity to antibiotics. Therefore, understanding the resistance mechanism of Citrobacter and the progress is of great significance in the prevention and treatment of infections caused by Citrobacter and control of the spread of drug resistance.
