浙江省东阳市3~15岁人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎抗体水平监测分析

Surveillance analysis of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis antibody levels in the 3-15-year-old group in Dongyang city,Zhejiang province

  • 摘要: 目的 了解浙江省东阳市流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)高危人群免疫水平.方法 随机抽取3-15岁儿童采集有效血样601份,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定,并对监测结果进行统计分析.结果 3~15岁的健康人群A群流脑Nm抗体阳性率为93.67%,几何抗体平均滴度(GMT)为1:28.07.不同年龄组抗体阳性率和GMT差异无统计学意义;C群流脑Nm抗体阳性率为83.53%,GMT为1:25.96,不同年龄组抗体阳性率及GMT差异有统计学意义.结论 东阳市健康人群对A群、C群流脑具有较高的免疫力,在继续做好常规基础免疫接种和免疫水平监测的同时,还应注重流脑的加强免疫工作.

     

    Abstract: Objective The study was conducted to investigate the immunity to epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis(ECM) among high-risk population in Dongyang city.Methods A total of 601 available blood samples randomly collected from 3-to 15-year-old children were tested using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and a statistical analysis was conducted based on the surveillance results.Results The Group A ECM antibody-positive rate was 93.67% among 3-to 15-year-old healthy teenagers,the geometric mean titers(GMT) being 1∶28.07.There was no statistical difference in relation to the antibody-positive rates or GMT between different age groups.The Group C ECM antibody-positive rate was 83.53%,the GMT being 1∶25.96,with statistical difference in relation to the antibody-positive rates and GMT between different age groups.Conclusion Findings suggested strong immunity to Group A and C ECM among healthy population of Dongyang city.Besides sustained efforts to enhance the conventional vaccination and surveillance for immunization levels,the intensified immunization against ECM should also be focused on.
