广东省布鲁氏菌病病原学特征分析

Etiological analysis of brucellosis in Guangdong province

  • 摘要: 目的 从表型和分子生物学水平鉴定广东省2005-2006年分离的布鲁氏菌菌株,应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型方法分析与省内及既往菌株的同源性。方法 运用常规方法鉴定了6株布鲁氏菌菌株,进一步用BCSP31-PCR技术和PFGE方法进行种的水平区分及同源性分析。结果 6株菌均为羊种3型,属特异性基因BCSP31阳性,菌株间的PFGE分型相似值介于69.2%~100%。结论 广东省这2年分离的布鲁氏菌菌株均为羊种3型,与1985年比较发生了种的改变,PFGE方法可在种的水平区分布鲁氏菌的3个种。

     

    Abstract: CHEN Jing-diao, Email: jingdiao_chen@sina.com Abstract: Objective The study was conducted to identify the phenotype and molecular biological characteristics of Brucella isolates in Guangdong from 2005 to 2006, and to determine their homology with previous isolates using pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE). Methods After conventional identification of the six strains of Brucella, species?鄄specific BCSP31 gene PCR and PFGE were conducted to determine their species and homology with other isolates. Results Confirmed as Brucella melitensis biovar 3, all of the six strains presented positive specific BCSP31 genes, and the PFGE typing similarity between them ranged from 69.2% to 100%. Conclusion Brucella melitensis biovar 3 as the only isolate identified in Guangdong for the last two years has demonstrated an alteration of species compared with the strains isolated in 1985. Furthermore, PFGE can be used to distinguish the three species of Brucella.
