1990-2006年天津市风疹流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis of rubella in Tianjin between 1990 and 2006

  • 摘要: 目的 了解天津市风疹发病概况。方法 对1990-2006年风疹发病情况及流行特征进行分析。结果 天津市风疹发病处于3-5年一个流行周期,10年一个大高峰;高发季节为每年春末夏初;发病人群以儿童和青少年即学生和托幼儿童为主。结论 天津市风疹发病率高的主要原因与儿童风疹疫苗免疫接种率低,易感人群积累有关,将麻腮风三联疫苗纳入儿童免疫规划,提高监测工作质量,将有利于减少风疹及先天性风疹综合征的发生。

     

    Abstract: Objective The study was conducted to investigate the general situation of rubella in Tianjin in order to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of this disease. Methods The morbidity and epidemiological characteristics of rubella in Tianjin from 1990 through 2006 were analyzed. Results The duration of the epidemic period of rubella was estimated to be 3-5 year, and every 10 years there would be a significant peak of outbreak. Most rubella epidemics occurred in late spring and early summer in a year, and children and teenagers, or students and kindergarten children, were frequently affected. Conclusion The high incidence of rubella in Tianjin was associated with low immunization rates of rubella among children and the congregation of susceptible population. Therefore, to reduce the incidence of rubella and congenital rubella syndrome(CRS), it is vital to introduce the measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) vaccine into the National Immunization Programme for Children, and improve the quality of relevant surveillance.
