Mutation of influenza virus and monitoring technology of influenza

  • 摘要: 流感与禽流感病毒的类型繁多,极易产生变异,其监测技术是预防和控制流感流行的重要途径。本文对不同流感病毒的变异类型及其机制进行了分析,介绍了流感病毒监测的常用技术,讨论了生物学技术和地理信息系统监测技术及其应用前景。 

     

    Abstract: The influenza and avian influenza are two kinds of important human and animal diseases. The viruses of thesediseases have numerous types and can easily mutate, so the monitoring technology was vital to the disease prevention and control. The paper not only analyzed the mutation type and mechanism of influenza virus, but also introduced several common monitoring technologies on influenza virus. At last, the advantages, disadvantages and application prospect of these monitoring technologies were discussed in this paper.
