Abstract: Objective　The analysis was made to get an insight into the factors influencing the promptness of report of infectious disease in Heze and the measures to improve the promptness. Methods Analysis was made on the report cards of the infectious diseases reported by the report and management system of disease surveillance information in Heze city in 2007.The Excel database was derived from system and be treated and analyzed. Results　By the end of 2007,The rate of network direct report from country and above medical institutions was 100%,and that from country's health centers was 24.38% in Heze. Report card were mainly from general hospital(58.62%).9768 cards of infectious disease were totel reported in 2007 by locality, and 9053 are effective card, 715 are repeating card or wasting card. The timeliness rate of reporting and checking of effective cards was 79.59% and 99.19%,respectively；The timeliness rate of reporting cards ranged from 65.26% to 93.22% in 9 Counties and area,with the timeliness rate of checking being from 97.87% to 99.64%; The timeliness rate of reporting cards existence difference in different Reporting unit and different sickness plants. Conclusion　Realizesing the network direct report of country's health centers, standarding the reports system's anagement of the Tuberculosis and AIDS, Strengthens the training on the laws and regulations of the infectious disease to Clinician, sets up the specialty the epidemic reporting personnel and the administrative personnels, may enhance Heze's infectious disease report and the verification timeliness.
