2007年浙江省嵊泗县健康人群麻疹、百日咳、白喉、破伤风监测分析

Surveillance of measles, pertusis, diphtheria and tetanus among healthy population in Shengsi islands, 2007

  • 摘要: 目的评价浙江省嵊泗县疫苗接种效果和人群免疫水平情况。方法随机抽取健康人群248名(包括个别外来流动人群)开展了人群麻疹、百日咳、白喉、破伤风抗体水平监测分析,用微量血球凝集抑制试验检测麻疹特异性IgG抗体,用试管凝集试验检测百日咳凝集抗体,用间接血凝试验检测白喉抗毒素和破伤风抗毒素。结果本次检测健康人群麻疹血清抗体阳性率为72.18%;百日咳血清抗体阳性率为80.74%,保护率为32.38%;白喉血清抗体阳性率为阳性率为54.25%;破伤风抗毒素达保护水平占72.18%。结论当前人群疫苗免疫保护水平尚有不足,可能与个别外来流动儿童未完成全程接种,个别疫苗接种程序、剂量改变以及海岛疫苗运输冷链条件差,个别批次疫苗质量是否可能下降等因素相关,值得进一步探讨。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate the vaccination efficacy and herd immunity in Shengsi islands. MethodsThe surveillance of measles, pertusis, diphtheria and tetanus antibody level were conducted among 248 healthy people (including the people from other palaces) by a random sampling, specific IgG of measles was detected by micro hemagglutination inhibition test, agglutinating antibody of pertusis were detected by tube agglutination test and antitoxins of diphtheria and tetanus were detected by indirect hemagglutination test. ResultsAmong this healthy population, the measles antibody positive rate was 72.18%, pertusis antibody positive rate was 80.74% and the protection rate was 32.38%, diphtheria antibody positive rate was 54.25% and the protection rate of tetanus antitoxin was 72.18%. ConclusionThe herd immunity level of vaccines is insufficient, which might be related with non-fully vaccination of some children among floating population, the change of vaccination schedule and doses, poor cold chain for vaccine transportation and the decrease of quality of some vaccines.
