2007年安徽省枞阳县城镇及乡村地区中小学生体检结果分析

Nutritional status of primary and middle school students in Zongyang county, Anhui province, 2007

  • 摘要: 目的了解安徽省枞阳县中小学生营养发育状况及肥胖水平。方法采用横断面调查的方法于2007年对安徽省枞阳县县城及一个乡镇的中小学生进行健康体检,对检查结果进行对比性分析。结果 接受体检的19 523名中小学生中,男、女生营养不良率分别为27.38%和25.70%(I/Isup2/sup =7.03, IP/I<0.01),肥胖率分别为2.46%和1.95%(I/Isup2/sup =5.84, IP/I<0.05)。来自于县城地区的学生营养不良率为23.00%,低于乡镇的为29.11%(I/Isup2/sup=90.52, IP/I<0.01),但肥胖率高于乡镇(I/Isup2/sup =61.06, IP/I<0.01)。结论小学生营养不良率和肥胖率均高于初高中阶段学生。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo assess the nutritional status and obesity levels of primary and secondary students in Zongyang county of Anhui province. MethodsIn 2007, a cross-sectional survey (physical examination) was performed for the primary and middle school students in the county town and a township in Zongyang county, Anhui province, and the results were analyzed. ResultsAmong 19 523 primary and middle school students, the malnutrition rates for boys and girls were 27.38% and 25.70% (I/Isup2/sup = 7.03, IP/I<0.01), respectively, the obesity rates were 2.46% and 1.95% (I/Isup2/sup = 5.84, IP/I< 0.05), respectively. The malnutrition rate of the students from the county town was 23.00%, which was lower than that (29.11%) of the students from the township (I/Isup2/sup = 90.52, IP/I<0.01), but the obesity rate was higher (I/Isup2/sup = 61.06, IP/I<0.01). ConclusionThe malnutrition rate and obesity rate of primary students were higher than those of middle school students.
