2003-2007年河北省乐亭县新涂阳肺结核病患者登记情况分析

Analysis on registration of new smear positive pulmonary TB patients in Leaoting county, Hebei, 2003-2007

摘要: 目的分析2003-2007年河北省乐亭县新涂阳肺结核患者的登记情况。方法利用2003-2007年乐亭县中国结核病控制工作季报表、月报表、网络专报资料进行分析。结果2003-2007年乐亭县累计发现新涂阳肺结核患者917例，以第二季度为发病高峰，男性登记数高于女性，农民发病数最多。结论提高新涂阳肺结核患者的发现依然是乐亭县结核病控制工作的重点，老年肺结核的防治工作不容忽视。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo analyze the registration of new smear positive pulmonary TB patients in Laoting county of Hebei province from 2003 to 2007. MethodsThe data about TB control in Laoting from quarterly report, monthly report and network report during 2003-2007 were analyzed. ResultsA total of 917 new smear positive pulmonary TB cases were found accumulatively in Laoting during this period. The incidence peak was observed in the second quarter of a year. The registration rate in males was higher than in females, and the cases in farmers accounted for the largest proportion. ConclusionImproving case finding is still the priority for TB control and prevention in Laoting County, and TB control and prevention in older people should not be neglected.
