Analysis on problems in application of ELISA

  • 摘要: 简要分析了在ELISA检测技术应用中遇到的空白对照的设立方法、阴性对照的标准、酶标反应板的差异及孵育以及酶标仪的调零与比色、cut-off值的确定、阳性与阴性灰带率、ELISA检测试剂的标准化等一些新问题，重点探讨了ELISA检测技术中传统计算cut-off值的方式所存在的缺陷与形成原因，并提出了适宜的计算cut-off值的方式。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems in the application of ELISA on the establishment of blank control, the standard of negative control, the differences of ELISA plate, the incubation of the ELISA plate, zero setting and color selection of ELISA reader, the determination of cut-off value, positive and negative gray zone rate and the standardization of ELISA reagent.
