辽宁省盖州市布鲁氏菌病流行病学调查

Epidemiological survey of brucellosis in Gaizhou, Liaoning

  • 摘要: 目的了解辽宁省盖州市布鲁氏菌患者感染情况。方法采用流行病学调查、血清学和病原菌分离方法，对2004-2007年重点人群进行布鲁氏菌病监测。结果盖州市重点人群布鲁氏菌感染率为18.63%，流行菌株为羊种布鲁氏菌。结论应加强布鲁氏菌病的防制工作。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the current status of brucellosis among human in Gaizhou. MethodsThe epidemiological survey, brucella isolation and serological identification were conducted among key population. ResultsThe positive rate of IBrucella/I infection was 18.63% in the key population in Gaizhou. The predominating strain was IBrucella melitensis/I. ConclusionIt is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of brucellosis.
