2008-2013年辽宁省调兵山市传染病自动预警系统运行情况分析

Performance of communicable disease automatic warning system in Diaobingshan, Liaoning,2008-2013

  • 摘要: 目的 分析辽宁省调兵山市传染病自动预警系统的运行情况,为进一步提高预警效果提供依据。 方法 利用2008年4月21日至2013年12月31日调兵山市传染病自动预警资料进行相关统计分析。 结果 预警系统共发出185条预警信号,涉及病种10种,24 h内信号响应率为86.49%,响应时间中位数为0.83 h。发送成功的预警信号(手机短信)为172条(92.97%)。经初步核实确认疑似信号18条,经现场调查确认流行事件6起,其中流行性腮腺炎5起、风疹1起,预警信号阳性率为3.24%(6/185)。 结论 预警系统可初步实现传染病暴发/流行的早期自动预警,但要提高预警信号阳性率和对暴发/流行事件的快速反应,还需在预警系统的技术服务、预警系统管理人员的业务能力、业务素质及传染病网络直报质量等多方面共同努力。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the performance of the automatic early warning system of communicable disease in Diaobingshan, Liaoning province and provide evidences for the improvement of the system. Methods The statistic analysis was conducted on the data generated by the automatic early warning system of communicable disease in Diaobingshan from 21 April,2008 to 31 December,2013. Results A total of 185 signals were generated by the system, which involved 10 infectious diseases. Up to 86.49% of the signals were responded within 24 hours. The median time of response was within 0.83 h. The system successfully emitted 172 mobile phone signals (92.97%) and 18 were considered as suspected signals after preliminary verification. Six disease epidemics were confirmed by field investigation, i.e. 5 mumps epidemics and 1 rubella epidemic. The positive rate of signals was 3.24% (6/185). Conclusion This system can give early warning of communicable disease epidemic automatically, but the positive rate of signals and related response should be improved, it is also necessary to strengthen the technical service for the system, the staff training and the management of network direct reporting of communicable dsieases.
