浙江省丽水市人感染H7N9禽流感病例流行病学调查

Epidemiological survey of human infection with avian influenza A (H7N9) virus in Lishui, Zhejiang

  • 摘要: 为探讨人感染H7N9禽流感病例发病特征和可能感染来源,对丽水市报告的首例确诊人感染H7N9禽流感病例进行流行病学调查。患者发病前有明确的禽类暴露史,从暴露过的同批鸡粪便中检测出H7N9禽流感病毒,病例感染可能与农贸市场环境暴露有关。

     

    Abstract: To understand the epidemiological characteristics of human infection with influenza A (H7N9) virus, epidemiological survey was conducted for the first laboratory confirmed case of human infection with influenza A(H7N9) virus in Lishui. The case had obvious poultry contact history before the onset, and H7N9 viruses were detected in the stool samples of poultry to which the case exposed, indicating that the infection might be associated with the environment of farm produce market.
