2008年杭州市余杭区麻疹减毒活疫苗初免成功率调查分析

  • 摘要: 目的 了解杭州市余杭区麻疹疫苗的初免成功率情况,为控制麻疹高发提供参考。 方法 2008年6-8月在临平地区、塘栖地区、瓶窑地区各抽取1个预防接种门诊,共对77名刚满8月龄的儿童,按自愿原则,在麻疹疫苗免疫前采集1份血清、免疫后30 d采集第2份血清进行抗体滴度检测,其中57名儿童符合麻疹减毒活疫苗初免成功率调查要求。 结果 57名儿童免疫前有4名儿童为抗体阳性,阳性率为7.02%;免疫后1个月麻疹抗体阳转率达100%。临平街道与瓶窑镇、塘栖镇与瓶窑镇免疫接种后平均抗体滴度差异有统计学意义,提示临平街道、塘栖镇均高于瓶窑镇。 结论 杭州市余杭区麻疹疫苗接种有效,抗体阳转率高,免疫前麻疹抗体阳性的儿童,接种麻疹疫苗,提示可以增加抗体滴度,可以有利于保护杭州市余杭区儿童身体健康;同时也提示杭州市余杭区不同地区麻疹疫苗的接种质量可能存在差异,应加强接种人员的培训,提高接种质量。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the successful rate of the first dose live attenuated measles vaccine immunization among infants in Yuhang district and provide reference to control the high incidence of measles. Methods During June-August, 2008, 77 infants aged 8 months were selected to have measles antibody test under the permission in 3 vaccination clinics in Linping, Tangqi and Pingyao, the first blood sample was taken before the vaccination and the second one was taken 30 days after vaccination to detect the antibody titer. Fifty seven infants met the requirement for the survey. Results Among 57 infants, 4 were measles antibody-positive before vaccination (7.02%); One month after the vaccination, the positive seroconversion rate was 100%. The differences on average antibody titer between Linping and Pingyao, and between Tangqi and Pingyao had statistical significance, which indicated that the antibody titers in Linping and Tangqi were higher than that in Pingyao. Conclusion The measles vaccination in Yuhang was effective with high positive seroconversion rate. The vaccination of the children who were antibody positive before the vaccination could increase the antibody titer, which would benefit the childrens health in Yuhang. The quality of measles vaccination varied by areas, it is necessary to strengthen the training of vaccinators to increase the quality of vaccination.
