过硫酸铵消化-砷铈催化分光光度法结合控温油浴测定尿碘的结果观察

Measurement of urinary iodine using ammonium persulfate digestion -As-Ce catalytic spectrophotometry with temperature-controlled oil bath

  • 摘要: 目的 观察尿样经控温油浴消化后尿碘结果的精确度和准确度。 方法 控温油浴代替电热消解仪消解尿样,采用尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定方法(WS/T 107-2006)测定尿碘。 结果 标准曲线线性范围为0~300 g/L,相关系数平均为-0.9998。精确度:测定尿碘为(67.610)、(110.510)、(223.410)g/L 的3份尿样,变异系数分别为3.1%、2.3%、4.7%(n=6)。准确度:测定碘含量为(78.49)、(150.510)g/L的2份尿碘国家标准物质,相对标准偏差分别为4.8%和2.8% (n=6)。 结论 控温油浴可以取代电热消解仪消解尿样进行尿碘测定,具有控温精准,制作容易的优点。

     

    Abstract: Objective To determine the precision and accuracy of measurement of urinary iodine levels in urine samples digested by temperature-controlled oil bath. Methods The urinary iodine level in the urine samples, digested by temperature-controlled oil bath instead of electrothermal digestion devices, was determined according to the As-Ce catalytic spectrophotometry method for measurement of urinary iodine (WS/T 107-2006). Results The linear range of the standard curve was 0-300 g/L, the average correlation coefficient -0.9998. In terms of the precision, the coefficients of variation in determining the urinary iodine levels of three samples with the contents of (67.6 10),(110.5 10), (223.4 10)g/L were 3.1%, 2.3%, and 4.7% (n=6), respectively. In terms of the accuracy, the relative standard deviations in determining the levels of two national standard substances of iodine-containing urine samples with the iodine content of (78.4 9) and (150.5 10)g/L were 4.8% and 2.8% (n=6), respectively. Conclusion Temperature-controlled oil bath, featuring precise temperature control and ease of making, is a good substitute for electrothermal devices for the measurement of urinary iodine levels.
