一起蜡样芽孢杆菌食物中毒的调查分析

Survey on a food poisoning event caused by Bacillus cereus

  • 摘要: 2008年9月云南省玉溪市华宁县青龙镇一所学校发生一起由蜡样芽孢杆菌污染豆豉引起的食物中毒。进食可疑食物豆豉的31人,发病26例,罹患率为83.87%(26/31)。

     

    Abstract: In September, 2008, a food poisoning event caused by Bacillus cereus contaminated fermented soya beans occurred in a school at Qinglong township in Huaning county, Yunnan province. Twenty six cases occurred among 31 persons who had eaten fermented soya beans. The attack rate was 83.87% (26/31).
