三峡库区仔猪血清流行性乙型脑炎病毒抗体调查

Detection of Japanese encephalitis virus antibodies in piglets in three gorges reservoir area

  • 摘要: 目的 掌握三峡库区监测哨点仔猪中流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)病毒IgG抗体达到50%的时间段,为当地乙脑的防控提供理论依据。 方法 在三峡库区的湖北省秭归县、重庆市万州区、涪陵区和渝北区共4个监测点采集仔猪血清,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测仔猪血清乙脑病毒IgG抗体,采用间接免疫荧光法检测仔猪血清乙脑病毒IgM抗体。应用SPSS 12.0统计软件进行统计学分析。 结果 4个监测点中,重庆市万州区和渝北区仔猪在5月初感染乙脑病毒,5月中旬乙脑病毒IgG抗体阳性率达到50%以上;重庆市涪陵区、湖北省秭归县仔猪在5月下旬感染乙脑病毒,6月中旬达到50%以上。其中猪场中的仔猪乙脑病毒抗体阳性率高于散养猪(2=43.797,P0.05)。 结论 三峡库区监测点仔猪乙脑病毒IgG抗体50%阳转时间出现在5月中旬到6月中旬之间。

     

    Abstract: Objective To learn about the time when Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) antibody-positive rate reached 50% among piglets in three gorges reservoir area and provide theoretical evidence for the prevention and control of Japanese encephalitis in this area. Methods The piglets serum samples were taken from four surveillance sites in three gorges reservoir area.The serum IgG antibody was detected by using of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method (ELISA) and the serum IgM antibody was detected by using of indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA). The statistical analysis was conducted by using SPSS 12.0 statistical software. Results In Wanzhou and Yubei districts of Chongqing municipality,piglets infected with JEV in early May, and in mid May the positive rate of IgG antibody reached 50%, but in Fuling district of Chongqing municipality and Zigui county of Hubei province,piglets infected with JEV in late May and the positive rate of IgG antibody reached 50% in mid June. The JEV antibody positive rate of piglets raised in hoggeries was higher than those raised separately,the difference was statistically significant(2=43.797,P0.05). Conclusion In three gorges reservoir area,the time when JEV IgG antibody positive rate reached 50% was from late May to mid-June.
