  • 摘要: 目的 及时了解北京市昌平区2009年流感样病例中甲型H1N1流感病毒感染情况。 方法 依据《甲型H1N1流感病毒RT-PCR检测技术标准操作规程》,应用一组寡核苷酸引物和双重标记的TaqMan探针,对呼吸道鼻咽拭子标本中的甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸进行定性检测 。 结果 2009年5月18日至11月29日共检测流感样病例标本3647份,检测出甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性标本214份(阳性检测率为5.87%),7月27日检出首例甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性标本,9月14-27日阳性检出数最多(112例)。发病年龄集中在5~岁、10~岁、15~岁和20~岁组,发病人群学生占76.62%,97.40%的病例具有发热症状,其次为咳嗽(42.86%) 和咽痛(31.17%)等。 结论 2009年昌平区流感样病例中甲型H1N1流感病毒感染以学生为主,发病具有明显年龄、人群差异。开展甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸检测,有助于了解甲型H1N1流感病毒感染情况,为临床的诊治以及合理制定甲型H1N1流感病毒防控策略提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the infection of pandemic influenza A (H1N1) virus among influenza like illness cases in Changping district in 2009 and provide evidence for the prevention and control of the disease. Methods The nasal pharynx swabs were taken from suspected patients to detect pandemic influenza virus by using real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR) according to The Guideline of Pandemic influenza A (H1N1) Virus Detection by RT-PCR. Each sample RNA extract was tested by separate primer/probe sets: InfA, Universal swine (swFluA), Swine H1 (swH1) and RNaseP (RP). Results A total 3647 nasal pharynx swabs were detected from 18 May to 29 November 2009, of which 214 were positive for pandemic influenza A (H1N1) virus nucleic acid (5.87%). The first positive sample was detected on 27 July, 112 positive samples were detected during 14-27 September. The cases mainly occurred among the age groups of 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20 years old. Students accounted for 76.62% of the total cases. The main symptoms were fever (97.40%), cough (42.86%) and sore throat (31.17%). Conclusion The infection of pandemic influenza A (H1N1) infection mainly occurred among students. The differences on age and population were significant. The detection of nucleic acid of influenza virus would facilitate to find the prevalence of pandemic influenza A (H1N1) virus infection and provide evidence for the clinical diagnosis and prevention/control of the disease.
