Analysis on nationwide food poisoning events reported through public health emergency network direct reporting system in China,2008

  • 摘要: 目的 分析2008年全国突发公共卫生事件网络报告食物中毒事件。 方法 对2008年全国突发公共卫生事件网络报告食物中毒事件的致病因素、原因食品、责任单位等进行统计分析。 结果 2008年全国突发公共卫生事件网络报告食物中毒事件433起, 事件数和发病人数居第1、2位的是微生物类和植物类食物中毒,造成死亡的中毒原因主要是毒蘑菇、农药、鼠药和亚硝酸盐。微生物类食物中毒中事件起数占前3位的是副溶血性弧菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌和沙门菌,发病人数占前3位的是副溶血性弧菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌和变形杆菌。 结论 需要加强对蘑菇、农药、鼠药和亚硝酸盐中毒的控制,降低食物中毒的死亡人数。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the nationwide food poisoning events reported through the public emergency network direct reporting system in China in 2008 and provide evidence for the prevention and control of food poisoning. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the data of the food poisoning events, including the causal agents, source food and responsible units. Results A total of 433 food poising events were reported in 2008. Microorganism food poisoning occurred most frequently and with highest case number, followed by vegetal food poisoning. The deaths were mainly caused by poisonous mushrooms, pesticides, rat poison and nitrite. Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Bacillus cereus and Salmonella were first three etiological factors of microorganism food poising events. Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Bacillus cereus and Bacillus proteus were first three etiological factors in aspect of the case numbers caused by them. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the control of the food poisoning caused by poisonous mushrooms, pesticides, rat poison and nitrite and reduce the mortality of food poisoning.
