环丙沙星耐药阴沟肠杆菌耐药谱特性分析

Antibiotic-resistant profile of ciprofloxacin-resistant Enterobacter cloacae

  • 摘要: 目的 对环丙沙星耐药阴沟肠杆菌的耐药谱特性分析。 方法 对医院2004年1月至2008年12月分离出的阴沟肠杆菌的临床分布特点及耐药情况进行总结分析, 并根据阴沟肠杆菌对环丙沙星的耐药情况进行分组比较。 结果 5年共分离出235株阴沟肠杆菌,菌株来源主要为痰液、尿液,分别占42.1%、23.4%。阴沟肠杆菌对环丙沙星的耐药率为33.2%,环丙沙星耐药组中有10种抗菌药物的耐药率超过了50%,环丙沙星耐药组对氨苄西林/舒巴坦、安曲南、头孢曲松等11种药物的耐药率高于环丙沙星敏感组,且差异有统计学意义。 结论 阴沟肠杆菌主要引起呼吸道、尿路感染;耐喹诺酮类药物阴沟肠杆菌对临床常用抗菌药物的敏感性降低,且呈多重耐药性。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the antibiotic-resistant profile of ciprofloxacin-resistant Enterobacter Cloacae(E.cloacae) in our hospital and guide the clinical application of antibiotics rationally. Methods Retrospective analysis on the drug resistance and the clinical distribution of the E.cloacae isolated in the hospital from January 2004 to December 2008 was conducted, and the antibiotic susceptibilities between ciprofloxacin-resistant E.cloacae and ciprofloxacin-sensitivity E.cloacae were compared and analyzed. Results Totally 235 strains of E.cloacae were isolated,and the strains isolated from sputum and urine accounted for 42.1% and 23.4% respectively. The resistance rate of the E.cloacae to ciprofloxacin was 33.2%.The resistance rates of the ciprofloxacin-resistant E. cloacae to 10 antibiotics were more than 50%. The resistance rates of the ciprofloxacin-resistant E. cloacae to 11 antibiotics, including ampicillin-sulbactam, aztreonam and ceftriaxone, were higher than those of the ciprofloxacin-sensitive E. cloacae(all P<0.05). Conclusion E.cloacae mainly causes the infections of respiratory tract and urinary tract. The drug sensitivity of quinolone-resistant E.Cloacae to all commonly used antibiotics decreased, and multidrug resistance was observed.
