浙江省舟山渔场鱼类异尖线虫 感染现况调查

  • 摘要: 目的 掌握浙江省舟山渔场鱼类异尖线虫L3感染情况,为今后异尖线虫病的临床治疗与预防干预措施提供科学依据。 方法 2007 - 2009年在实验室条件下,解剖鱼体,分离体内异尖线虫幼虫,镜下虫种鉴定。 结果 海鱼总感染率为49.10%,感染率高的鱼种有带鱼、鲐鱼、鮸鱼、白姑鱼和海鳗等(感染率均>90%),总感染强度为1~114条,平均强度为15.28条/尾,218尾海鱼体内共检出异尖科线虫幼虫3332条,异尖线虫L3占99.46%,伪新地线虫L3只占0.54%。 结论 舟山渔场鱼类异尖线虫幼虫感染率较高;未检出异尖线虫幼虫的鱼种,并不能说明这些鱼不感染异尖线虫L3。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the infection of anisakis (L3) in marine fishes caught in the sea around Zhoushan and provide scientific evidence for the clinical treatment, prevention and control of anisakiasis. Methods The fishes were dissected to detect anisakis larvae, which were identified by microscopy. Results The overall infection rate of Anisakis simplex larvae in fishes was 49.10%. Anisakis larvae were detected in 218 of 444 fishes belonging to 21 species, including hairtails, Pneumatophorus japonicus, Miichthys miiuy, Argyrosomus argentatus and Muraenesox cinereus (infection rate90%). The infection density of anisakis per fish varied from 1 to 114 with average density of 15.28 per fish. Totally 3332 anisakis larvae were detected in 218 marine fishes (99.46%), while the infection rate of Pseudoterranova larvae (L3) was only about 0.54%. Conclusion The infection rate of anisakis larvae was high in marine fishes in Zhoushan. However, the fishes with negative finding might be still infected with anisakia larvae.
