2004 - 2009年北京市怀柔区法定传染病 流行趋势分析

Epidemic trend of notifiable communicable diseases in Huairou district of Beijing, 2004 - 2009

  • 摘要: 目的 分析北京市怀柔区2004 - 2009年近6年法定传染病的发病趋势,为制定传染病防控工作策略提供参考。 方法 对北京市怀柔区2004 - 2009年甲、乙、丙类传染病疫情报告资料进行统计分析。 结果 怀柔区近6年乙、丙类传染病总发病数为12 192例,无甲类传染病报告,乙类传染病14种,丙类传染病8种。年均报告发病率、死亡率、病死率分别为582.73/10万、0.62/10万、0.11%。 结论 报告的主要传染病病种为其他感染性腹泻病、细菌性痢疾、手足口病、病毒性肝炎、肺结核。重点加强辖区内常见高发传染病防控的同时,应密切关注新发传染病的发病趋势,防控关口前移,加大宣传力度。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the epidemic trend of notifiable communicable diseases in Huairou district from 2004 to 2009, and provide scientific evidence for the development of communicable diseases prevention and control strategies. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the reporting data of class A, B and C communicable diseases in Huairou district during this period. Results A total of 12 192 cases of 14 class B communicable diseases and 8 class C communicable diseases were reported with the average annual morbidity of 582.73/lakh, mortality of 0.62/lakh and case fatality of 0.11%. The major diseases included other infectious diarrheas, bacillary dysentery, hand foot and mouth disease, viral hepatitis and tuberculosis. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of common communicable diseases with high incidence and pay close attention to the emerging of novel communicable diseases.
