探讨营养性巨幼细胞贫血引起的单纯性 高同型半胱氨酸血症

Discussion on onefold homocystinemia caused by nutritional megaloblastic anemia

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨营养性巨幼细胞贫血患者引起的单纯性高同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine, Hcy)血症,寻求其与心血管疾病的相关性。 方法 检测试观察组(23例患营养性巨幼细胞贫血患者)与正常对照组(23例健康人群)、治愈组(23例治愈的上述营养性巨幼细胞贫血患者)的血浆Hcy与胆固醇(cholesterol)水平。 结果 观察组与治愈对照和治愈组相比,血浆Hcy水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而观察组的chol水平与两组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),正常对照组与治愈组血浆Hcy水平相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 营养性巨幼细胞贫血患者通常伴有单纯性高Hcy血症,而因此引起的高Hcy血症并不会引起血管疾病的发生。

     

    Abstract: Objective To discuss onefold homocystinemia caused by nutritional megaloblastic anemia and its relationship with cardiovascular disease. Methods The case control study was conducted among case group(23 patients with nutritional megaloblastic anemia), control group Ⅰ(23 healthy persons)and control group Ⅱ(23 persons who recovered from nutritional megaloblastic anemia). Results The difference on homocystine concentration in plasma between case group and two control groups had statistical significance(P<0.01), but the difference on cholesterol concentration in plasma had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The difference on homocystine concentration in plasma between two control groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion The patients with nutritional megaloblastic anemia usually have onefold homocystinemia, which could not cause cardiovascular disease.
