浙江省台州市一起生食醉蟹引起的 急性肺吸虫病暴发疫情

An outbreak of acute paragonimiasis caused by uncooked drunk crabs in Taizhou, Zhejiang

  • 摘要: 2008年6月浙江省台州市发生一起生食溪蟹引起的急性肺吸虫病暴发事件。16例患者有生食醉蟹史,罹患率为87.5%,平均潜伏期5 d,临床特征以腹胀、腹泻、外周血白细胞总数和嗜酸性细胞百分比明显增高为主。

     

    Abstract: An outbreak of acute paragonimiasis occurred in June 2008, Taizhou, which was caused by eating uncooked drunk crabs. Among all patients, 16 had consumed the raw food, with an attack rate if 87.5%. The average incubation period was 5 days. The clinical manifestations included abdominal distention, diarrhea and obvious elevation of peripheral leukocytes and eosinophil percentage. Epidemiological analysis confirmed the cause of this acute paragonimiasis outbreak was raw freshwater crabs.
