广西壮族自治区南宁市50例非手足口病幼儿肠道病毒感染状况分析

Inapparent infection of enteroviruses in 50 children in Nanning

摘要: 目的了解肠道病毒在非手足口病幼儿中的感染情况, 为预防控制手足口病在儿童中的流行提供依据。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR方法,对50例3岁儿童的肛拭子标本共50份进行肠道病毒、肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A16型(CoxA16)核酸检测。结果共检出17份肠道病毒核酸阳性,阳性率为34％,均为其他肠道病毒。结论健康儿童中存在其他肠道病毒的隐性感染。开展手足口病流行病学和病原学研究,将有助于提出更好的预防和控制措施。

Abstract: Objective To understand the inapparent infection of entroviruses among the children without hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) and provide evidence for the prevention and control of HFMD among children. Methods Fifty rectal swabs were collected from the children less than 3 years old to detect RNA of enteroviruses, EV71 and CoxA16 by real time RT-PCR. Results The positive rate of RNA of other enteroviruses was 34％. Conclusion Inapparent infection of enteroviruses was found among some healthy children. The epidemiological and etiological study of hand foot and mouth disease would facilitate the development of better prevention and control measures.
